i'm worried about a lot of these terrible reviews! i am on a fixed income and always looking for alternatives to treat my severe chronic pain.

Dear Leila, Thank you for your comment. Let me say this about the business and the dedicated team we have working here, for the past 15 yrs we have been educating and supporting those in pain for which traditional medicine has failed them.

Since 2003 when we started this business, we have a total of 129 complaints in 15yrs, to put that in perspective that is. 0024% of the number of people we support in one month, let alone for for 15 yrs.

When someone decides to become a customer, we go out of our way to tell them all the ways they can communicate with us, including our ticket system:

We cannot control how someone acts when they feel they have an issue, but we can control how we support our customers, even those that feel they have an issue and we do a good job at it, or we would not have been able to stay in business for 15yrs.
