I am happy with the cv I was able to create using this website, However I am now slighty frustrated because I no longer need to have my subscription with this website & cant afford to pay it every month so am wanting to cancel it. Unfortunately I have had no look so far, I have contacted them but had no reply or help yet and there is nothing on this website that i can do to cancel my subscription. Any one else had a similar problem or know how to help?

Hi Mary,

You can manage your subscription by clicking chat button on our website or from your account- go to settings>subscription>cancel (on the top right of your home page when you login).
