Family member used my card for your website. She said the $24.95 was a one time fee. I have been charged every month. How do I cancel/get a refund?

Call us at: 800-652-8430 our representatives are available from:
Monday-Friday from 8AM to 8PM (CST)
Saturdays from 8AM to 5PM (CST)
Sundays from 10AM to 6PM (CST)
By clicking on the Chat button on our website: https://www.livecareer.com/contact-us
From your account go to Settings, then Subscription and Cancel (ON THE TOP RIGHT OF YOUR HOME PAGE WHEN YOU LOGIN)
