Hi Marko,
You may cancel you account withing the 14 day trial period. You can contact us thru a direct message with your account number or email you utilize to create your account. You can also cancel by logging into your account and clicking on the Name link. Then click on My Settings then Subscription and you can choose to cancel your subscription. Also, you have the option of contacting us at 800-652-8430 we are available: Monday-Friday 8am-8pm CST Saturday 8am-5pm CST Sunday 10am-6pm CST.

They are strict in that but if you wanna try you can always call them and tell them the issue u have and they will literally help you out with everything!

Even refunds and stuff!
