Impossible. The phone number does not work from the U.S. and Their "contact us" notice on the web page is "temporarily" out of service. I have been unable to even find out what they say I purchased for more than $400 and why they keep sending me notices for different payment amounts and for "receipt" of some payments that I am unaware of.
