How can you get them to send supplies and honor new scripts. They lie and lie to me and leave me hanging for months.

My Pulmonary Doctor prescribed a portable concentrator from Lincare last December and it is now June 4th and all I get from my local office are lies and excuses. I have read the reviews on this website and am not surprised at how bad this company is. I am reporting this problem to my state consumer affairs and Senator about this lack of regard for Lincare customers. Why is this company so incompetent?

Once a portable oxygen concentrator order is approved, how long before it is shipped?

Answer:
If you pay with a credit card, you should get it in days... providing they have one in stock. Look at the refurbished home units... they are like new, and most have at least a one year guarantee.
