How can I get in contact with LightinTheBox to request a replacement spotlight. Its' internal parts are rattling around,but you can't see the problem.

Dear customer, we received your review and realized your problem. After review your case, our supervisor had conducted ticketId=18077430 in our ticket center and provide a solution for your case. Please log in your light in the box account--go " personal center"--"my ticket" to check our reply. We also send you a message to your sitejabber account and you can check it too.
