“Efficient service and product providers”

I had two extremely good experiences with this company. One was replacement of a faulty lens and the other was product replacement and they have exceptional customer service and they were very quick to deliver. A lot of good gesture from their end and they did send me beautiful gifts in the packaging. Oreo cookies and make up as a sorry for the fault. I really appreciated and felt special. I will keep ordering from them.

Happy with the site and purchase and shipping (including gift) but the lenses they sell are absolutely awful. I got two Anesthesia lenses and the colours are good, but they are faulty, poorly made with incorrect iris holes that make you look like Pennywise with wonky eyes. Also lenses are blurry and headache inducing after more than 45 mins. Really poor quality.

Happy with the site and purchase and shipping (including gift) but the lenses they sell are absolutely awful.

Ordered daily lenses and one actually tore in my eye when taking it out which has never happened to me for the last 20 years of using lenses. Now I have a scratched cornea thanks to lens.me!

I have been ordering contacts online since 2012 and never encountered any issues, the contacts always came within 2 weeks and they were always the correct order. I took a break from contacts 6 years later and all of the sites that I typically ordered from shut down or changed their rules for shipping contacts to USA in that time. I finally decided to try contacts again and remembered that my sister suggested Lens.me because she had luck with them. So, I checked my prescription and ordered the correct power of Solotica lenses. I was aware that the diameter/curve and moisture content would be slightly off from the Acuvue lenses I tried on with my eye doctor, but I had worn Solotica for 6 years and knew I found them comfortable in the standard size that they sold them in. My order from Lens.me came within 2 weeks. The packaging was cute and nice and there were two vials with the Solotica contacts that I ordered. There were care instructions included but I didn't see any of the instructions that I usually got to soak the Soloticas for 24 hrs before use, not that I followed that suggestion to the precise hour every time as I got used to them. I have been putting in my contacts directly out of the packages after cleaning with solution with no issue so I tried these from Lens.me on after a while.

One lens was great and comfortable as expected. The other lens made my vision in my left eye blurry and caused my eyes some irritation. In the 6 years that I ordered Solotica contacts, this has never happened. I waited and eventually took the contact out, re-cleaned it and put it back in my eye. My vision was still blurry in the left eye and perfect in the right, despite both lenses being the same power and size. I thought it would go away after an hour because that's how my Acuvue contacts were when I was first getting used to them a month earlier. After an hour, the blurriness didn't go away. After 2 hours the blurriness was still there. After using rewetting drops it didn't go away. After a few more hours I took them out as my eye felt weird/sore/strained and I immediately contacted Lens.me. I told them that one lens was blurry and I needed a replacement. I was asked for proof of my prescription, even though I told them that the Solotica's arrived in the correct power that I ordered and that one of the contacts was perfect. I was then told that I needed to soak both lens for 24hrs and instructed to try them again. I thought it was reasonable that I let them soak longer, but I was annoyed that I was made to feel like I was dumb and ordered the wrong prescription for my contacts.

I waited 48 hours and tried them again. There was still blurring in one of my eyes, the eye that had the bad lens. I wore them for a few hours but the situation once again did not improve. I contacted Lens.me and asked them for a new lens once more and I also sent my prescription to prove that I didn't make a mistake.

A few days later I was informed that the diameter and moisture levels were a. 3 difference in the Soloticas in comparison to my Acuvue and this was the reason that one lens was blurred and the one of the same power and size wasn't. Mind you, my Acuvue were only that diameter/curve because I informed my eye doctor that they were fine, it wasn't like we tried on a bunch of different sizes until we found that perfect one. They just happened to fit and I could see so I said they are fine, I wasn't up to complain that they were ever so slightly, almost unnoticeably, just a little pinch tight because they did as they were designed to do. They allowed me to see perfectly and caused no irritation or issues. I was informed that this was all part of their investigation. I was then instructed to test the lens longer each time increasing 1 hour of wear time for 4 days. By the time I looked at that email I had already worn the lens for 4 times and 4hrs each time. So I informed them that one lens was still perfect and that I had zero issue with the fit of the Soloticas. I was an experienced user and the fit wasn't an issue. It was just that one lens was supposed to be -1.75 power but instead it was blurry when I looked through it. The other -1.75 lens was perfect. I told them to stop wasting my time and to send me a refund or a new lens.

I didn't check my email for days after that. And to my surprise, not even a week later, there was a new package from Lens.me with my replacement lens. This time I let the lens soak in the solution for a few days. And when I tried the lens on there was 10 mins of blurriness and but it subsided. I put in the bad lens to pair with it, in case the blurriness went away as Lens.me seemed so sure would be the case. But the vision was still blurry so I put in the good lens with the new lens and have zero irritation. Zero blurriness. I can see and read. I was happy that things worked out after a bit of hassle and that I was able to get a replacement lens. I went to email Lens.me and let them know the good news, that I had good luck with the new lens. Upon checking my email I saw that they asked me to cut up the bad lens and take a photo of it before they could send the new one. Of course I had the new lens so I thought this had to be some joke, but I had another email with the tracking number for my package and them asking me for the photo again. That's when I decided to leave this review. This company is absolutely ridiculous. If I wanted to scam them, why wouldn't I ask for 2 new contacts? Why didn't I initially ask for a refund? Why would I go through the trouble to tell them that one lens was perfect more than once if I had an issue with the contacts themselves. This whole experience emailing their customer service back and forth and not being respected and listened to has left me weary. All of the back and forth emails and me being made out to be an idiot and now a liar for a 30 dollar lens from Dubai. What a joke.

So I say, try this site at your own risk. You might have a good experience like my sister did, or you might get a terrible order and have to email them a bunch of times with the small possibility that they will make the situation right if there is anything wrong with your order. To me, if I had known this was a possibility, I would have never ordered from this site but I couldn't find any negative reviews for them before ordering. If I had, I would have found a different website. I do not suggest this site to anyone and have rated 3 stars because in the end, I did get the correct lens. But it wasn't without hassle and being insulted and asked to do ridiculous things.

Tip for consumers:
If there is an error with your order, you will have trouble getting help and a replacement.

Never ever go with lens.me They are a bunch of a$$%&*ls who think they are doing great service and favour by sending you consigmnents. They have a horrible shipping and review process. My shipment got delayed severely as they had mentioned camera lens in place of contact lens and are not ready to rectify and resend a small updated invoice to release the shipment from customs.

Do not trust these idiots at all.

I ordered Amara Horizon Gray lenses, the lenses runs small it's not the same that they describe the product and it's hurts when I try it,not recommended to buy from this website also they cost more than it should be, احذرو قبل مطلبون من هذا الويب سايد عدساتهم مو مثل الوصف very cheap

Do NOT trust this company. I ordered lenses OVER THREE MONTHS ago. Paid $238.00. When I contacted them to see where the lenses are, they claimed one wasn't made properly, so they would have to remake it. I requested a refund. They posted it in my account, THEN IT DISAPPEARED. STILL trying to get my refund!

Worst colored contacts ive ever tried! They have a NO REFUND policy which makes sense because I'm SURE EVERYONE WOULD RETURN these cheap crappy lenses. Lens.ME is 0 out of 10 for quality.

Ordered two pairs of Solotica lenses. Caused extreme dryness. Struggled to blink for the remaining day even after taking them off.
They sent a clearly defective piece for the first time. They made a replacement foe the defective piece. However, both the ordered pairs still remained problematic.
The fact that the first NEW piece was defective straight out of the bottle clearly speaks volumes about their quality.

Worst contact lenses ever in my 10 years of experience with lenses.

The lenses are great. The customer service is HORRIBLE. I placed an order 11/12/21, which I received with no problem. I placed another order on 11/21/21. lens.me incorrectly sent this order to an address that I have not used in 5 years. I have the order confirmation email that shows the correct shipping address. After numerous calls to FedEx (who told me the shipper needed to contact them), numerous emails to lens.me informing them of this, and numerous times of them doing ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to correct their problem, I had to dispute the charge with Amex (providing them copies of all emails) to get my money back.

I have gone from being a regular customer to being someone who will NEVER use them again.

First of all they sent me a messed up/ damaged lenses, they are damaged and not centered in the middle which made me look retarted looking at opposite directions and also blocked my vision. I reached out to them and they were not being responsive or helpful, but they were being rude and unbelievably lazy. I even sent them pictures of the lenses and the rest was unopened, BECAUSE HOW ON EARTH WOULD I KNOW IF THESE LENSES ARE MESSED UP IF I DONT TRY AT LEAST A PAIR?! I AM WARNING YOU! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEMMMM! THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY AND NOT REFUND IT BACK TO YOU! COMPLETE FRAUD! I AM WARNING YOU. PURCHASE LENSES FROM SOMEWHERE YOU TRUST!

I WISH I read these BAD reviews to STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY that Doesn't Stand by their DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS! My sea green by Freshlook Dimension lenses I have been using for years was discontinued when I needed a refill. As a new customer, I was happy to try lensme.com. I waited to try on my new lenses as I was finishing up my LAST box. I excitedly put the lens in my eye it doesn't sit properly, centered and covers the black part of my pupil so I can't see out of it (sent pics of). I right away contacted customer service who said to soak it over night. I did everything they said and the same issue. As I sent a pic as requested that I soaked them and still the same issue. I said I want a refund and they tell me since it is past 3 weeks (as I waited for my lenses to finish that I can't get anymore). They will not refund me but said "I am sorry but as it has been 3 weeks since the order was delivered, we will not be able to provide you with a replacement order as this s now beyond our warranty. However as a gesture of goodwill we would be happy to provide you with 20% discount code for your next purchase". AS IF I WOULD NEVER, EVER PURCHASE AGAIN AS THE CONTACTS I CAN'T EVEN WEAR! BUYER BEWARE!
THEY DON'T STAND BY THEIR PRODUCTS. THEY WOULD OF HAD A LOYAL, CUSTOMER OTHERWISE.
NOW I HAVE NO LENSES, I WOULDN'T OF USED UP MY LAST, FAVOURITE LENSE IF I ONLY KNEW. SEE PIC OF MY OLD LENSE AND THEIR'S I CAN'T SEE.

Do not order from here! I never usually leave reviews however I have felt the need to do so in this case. I'm a regular contact lens wearer and have NEVER experienced eye irritation like I have with these! Very very irritating could only wear for max 2 hours. Also sent me the wrong colour! Sending customers the correct item which has been ordered should be a basic for a company. 15% off just does not cut it when you are dealing with people's eyes! Full refund should be offered. Will not be ordering again and definitely would not recommend

This contact lens retailer is an elaborate scam. Twice in one year I have received defective lenses from them. They make you take a bunch of pictures of the lenses, they make you destroy them, and then say, no refund! Do not buy from here. They are not medical grade lenses.

Ordered once, got the wrong pair with a rip on one lens.
So they sent another a week and a half later (past the date i needed them for) and the second one came stuck together like a roll... how they wanted to makeup for sending me 2 damaged lenses is by "offering a 15% discount" code. So i buy more damaged lenses. DONT WASTE TIME AND MONEY

I ordered contacts from this site twice. My first experience was good. Things got to me fast. My second experience was horrible. I emailed them right after trying on a pair of contacts. They were the wrong color. They told me I could return the unopened contacts and not worry about sending back the opened ones and the would refund or exchange for half of what I paid (I ordered 4 contacts and they were getting 2 closed ones back). They asked me to send pictures to prove that the contacts were closed. I did that and labeled the pictures. After receiving that email they said to send them back through USPS for $15. I went to the post office prepared ny package took pictures of the package and the receipt with all the numbers they asked for. I sent them all these images. I waited a few weeks to hear back. They said they didn't get the package yet. A few days later they emailed back and said they they unfortunately couldn't refund me my money and would give me 15% off my next order and refund me $15 for shipping. Umm... They have my contacts that I sent back. No mention of returning my unopened contacts til the NEXT email ASKING if I wanted them back! I sent back even more mad and they offered 20% off. I told them there was no way I would ever buy from them again as they were trying to steal my money and the product I paid for!

This company deserves 5 stars I have been wearing lenses for the last 40 years This company has great service and lenses are of great quality. Plus shipping is perfect. I am a doctor of economics trust me I never give positive feedback on low quality products and low quality service the company is also very honest nobody forced me to write this and nobody can as far as I am concerned but on all grounds they have excellent integrity

These guys are great!
My lenses arrived so fast 3 days and the USA and lovin thr color of Jade - looks super
Want to try Mel next but will need to save up for a bit, they are more expensive but worth it. Look realistic

I bought my lenses from lens.me for the first time in October as I decided I would treat myself and try the Bella Sandy Gray lenses as my friend wears them and they always look great on her, just a little different! I got them within 3 days and I like them but they are not a favorite. But as I was generally pleased with the lenses and the device abd shipping was good I gave them another go and have bought 3 pairs of Anesthesia during the sale, I got 1 pair free I am now in love with Addict Lolite I cannot tell you how much I love this lens. It's so pretty and I am addicted, wearing it nearly every day. I also got Fonesta and Addict Blue and I like them too. Anesthesia is my new favorite lenses
