With a host of poor reviews, my only question is what is your hat trick to stay in business? as a nonprofit professional, i am appalled at the service (lack thereof) to help a npo become federally exempt. you took their money and more than a year later... well, nothing. more amazing you don't seemed bothered that this not complete. in truth, you probably don't even know. the polite thing would be to return their money. btw, they, now, have their exemption. Hi Joe, it depends on which services you wish to cancel. There is no obligation to any of our subscription services and you can cancel at anytime. If you purchase one of our products such as LLC or Incorporation filing, there would be additional steps required to dissolve with the state.
