We run a small home office and have been using LD toners for over 10 years in several laser printers. We have NEVER had a problem with any of their toners. We have a large extended family who has also used both the toner and ink cartridges without any issues. When we recently needed to upgrade our all in one printer, tech support told us to hold off for a few months until they had theirs ready. Surely no issues with these folks!
I called in twice yesterday, leaving my phone # each time as no person ever answered the phone. No one ever called me back. Your LD T232XL120 cartridge worked for about 2 weeks in my EPSON XP-4200 printer, but now the printer tells me it "cannot recognize ink cartridge. Try installing again." I've done that 4 times with no change so far. Just now I've waited 20 minutes for someone in your product sales department to answer, but was just told to leave a message, hang up and "someone will get back to me." Fat Chance of that happening!

Our office placed an order for toner on Feb 22,2024. A few days later an order for ink was placed. As of today, March 6,2024, no product has been received for either order. Moreover, numerous calls attempting to get status have been completely ignored. Zero, nothing. Not one call has been answered, nor has anyone called back. Also, an email inquiry has gotten no reply. As a very satisfied customer for over 20 years this is a horrible vendor experience and I will be calling and cancelling credit card payment. Sorry to say this is the end of a long term relationship.

Over the past 10 years LD has been an excellent, supportive, supplier of good quality cartridges. My last order was entered 3/24/24. They accepted my payment on 3/25/24. It is now 4/9/24 and I have not yet received indication of product being shipped. My L D account page shows the order is still being"processed". Have tried to call their customer service twice, no one would take my calls, no one would return my calls. Twice I have e-mailed customer service, and I have received no responses. When compared to my prior experiences with LD, my current experience is unexpectedly terrible. They " took my money and ran! "

Received 4 cartridges for my HP printer and they worked the first time I installed them. This is the second time I have bought from them and am very satisfied. Tried others recently and had to return the cartridges as they would not install. I recommend this company and their products

I ordered a toner cartridge. It was due to arrive within a week, and when it didn't, I went to another local company to buy it. After a month, when nothing showed up & no response from the company, I ended up contacting Paypal, and finally got a refund after about 6 weeks. I tried to call & email the company. Nobody ever responded or answered the phone. You just sit on hold forever.

Ink is ink so customer service is all that's left and this outfit fails miserably. I ordered an ink replacement on 3/31 and did not get it until 4/15. The Website indicated it would be sent with free shipping but then at check out added shipping anyway. It was only 5 bucks so I let it go as I needed the ink. I got an order confirmation with a tracking link that didn't work. Calling the support line was an endless wait loop and the callback promise and promised email response never happened.15 days and 6 unanswered calls later I did get the ink with a 4/10 shipping date stamp on it. Won't be won't going back.

They took my money same day I ordered 6 ink carts. I paid for expedited shipping. I finally got someone on the phone 5 days later to find out one of my items was not even in stock and wouldn't be for at least another 2 weeks. No one answers the phone. You have to leave a message. The don't get back to you the same day. When they fnally called me back, at my request they cancelled and told meI don't get my money back for 5-9 days. ISN'T THAT ILLEGAL? So they take your money, don't tell you you'll be waiting at least 3 weeks, but they keep the expidited shipping. And no notification whatsoever. $#*! customer service. Never again will I order and nobody else should either.

INK CARTRIDGES DO NOT WORK ON THE EPSON WORKFORCE PRO PRINTER. PRINTER WOULD KEEP SHOWING INK CARTRIDGES AS BEING EMPTY AND THEY WERE BRAND NEW. I DID NOT TRY RETURNING THEM BECAUSE 1-I ORDERED AHEAD OF TIME AND HAD THEM FOR 6 MONTHS BEFORE I TRIED TO USE THEM SO I KNEW I WOULDN'T BE AVLE TO RETURN THEM. I placed an order on 11/13/2023. The website showed all the items were in stock. Then I received an email that all items were on a 1-2 week backorder. I called customer service several times and they never answer the phone. On 12/11/2023 they sent an email that there would be another 1-2 week delay and I could cancel the order if I wanted. So I did! I still have not received a refund. This company used to be good but has deteriorated to the point where I would not recommend to anyone. STAY AWAY!

Bought a set of 4 color toner cartridges in September, 2023. When I installed the first one it was clearly bad, missing contacts on the top of the cartridge and apparently having something rubbing on the toner cylinder. I called customer service number and got put on hold for twenty minutes until I hung up. Called again and took the option to leave a call back number, but no call back was ever received. Sent an e-mail to their customer service address and eventually got an e-mail back which had my order number, but was totally blank. Their products have worked well for me in the past, but it's not worth the risk. I'm done with them.

Some months ago I ordered a color cartridge and 2 black cartridges for my HP 2575 printer. When I went to replace cartridge, one of the black ones had leaked inside the box, so I am requesting you to send a replacement - your item# NH-R9364W. I will email photo from my phone, as this review has an option for attaching photos, but does not allow me to do that.

I have been buying cartridges from LD for may years with no issues. On January 12 I ordered a cartridge but no delivery by January 28th. Called and spent over an hour on phone waiting for customer service ( in name only) only to be told cartridge out of stock and would be shipped in 2 weeks. It would have been nice to be told itm out of stock when ordered.

Vendor replace my ink cartridges and told me they are good. Once I put them in my HP printer they did not recognize the ink cartridges, call supplier & They put me on Hold, after three minutes they hung up on me. I sent several emails no response.
