On a site designed to offer constructive criticism, why can Lazada do no better than roll out robotised replies to any complaint or positive feedback.

Print out the tracking number that will be provided once you have filled out the form and then drop the item at the nearest LBC, 2Go or 711 branch near you. Returning of items are free of charge and no need to input any delivery address. Also kindly take note to always keep the receipt that will be provided when you returned an item.
