The tracking number must be wrong and you must go to your local LBC with your receipt to check what went wrong

This happened to me also. I was only able to view my tracking number mga 5 days after it was sent. Expected time kasi ng delivery accdg.to Lazada is March 24 to 27 but it arrived more that 9 days if I am not mistaken. So I emailed LBC about it and got a reply na via sea cargo pala itong package ko na dalawng baby Cologne ang laman. I was expecting na I would be able to see my shipment within 48 hours turned out na I was misled. You just have to be patient a bit pero you have all the right to be anxious and angry at the same time. May mga promises talaga na hindi natutupad at puro epal lang.
