Yes I have a question why on the same day (this is from the same lady) do I get a letter in the A M morning part of the day that has the date of Feb.23rd and that afternoon get a letter before 8pm that has the date of Feb.24th this is the dates the site software put on the letter not the person writing the letter????

Yes. The website is located in the far east (China?); therefore, it is many hours ahead of the western world. But don't worry about the time on the email. Worry more about whether the person to whom you are writing the email is even a real person! She is probably not. Stop wasting your money, your time, and your emotions on this fake website!
