Very surprised by reviews as my experience was Great with these guys and everyone I gave them to as gifts absolutely Loves them. I even ordered mine on 12/17... had in hand on 12/21. Don't know why others were slow, but mine were definitely speedy.

Believe the reviews. Poor customer service, actually nonexistent customers service.

Don't do it! I've reported them to the Federal Trade Commission; that's how negligent they are! No customer service! It's disgusting!
