I cancelled over the phone with their 1-800 phone number.

You can't rely on them to just cancel your membership! I did cancel mine and they still charged me and then jerked me around on getting the money I never authorized them to take! Have them expunge your name from their records! Terrible "service", terrible customer "service"!
