why can I not get answers from customer service on the site ? Is it just one big scam ?

When you catch them in the lies and deceptions, they do not want to respond. Responding in any manner is a confession of guilt. They will not admit guilt. Sociopaths and Narcissists will never admit guilt. They will tell you like they told me; It is your fault for using Ladadate. If you do not like what is written or dont to you on Ladadate, then stop using it.
