It is a legit forum. It is not a company but a site where Crafter's can share their projects as they work, or are finished. It is also a place where you can post craft questions and ask for help. It is nice to visit with like minded people. You do have people to use it for their own soapbox, but you can always just pass their posts.

Complaints and emails are never answered by the administration.
It seems as though it is running on auto pilot.
