Hey - Cant download videos and it is not finishing editing
I really need help downloading a slideshow I put together. I paid for the premium version, but it does not seem to work and stalls out at 99%. HELP

Hi Kee, unfortunately you'll have to refresh the web page when this occurs. If you were connected to the internet using a WiFi connection, there could have been a temporary drop of internet connection causing this to happen. If you've saved your work, you'll see your created movie in the My Movies tab of your Kizoa account which you can edit.
