Do you have a Windows computer or a Mac? If you have a Windows computer, you can download the Kizo-Player software that we provide by going to My Movies and then clicking on Burn DVD at the bottom of the screen. If you have a Mac, when you click the Burn DVD button, we convert your movie into an ISO (a DVD file) and then send it to you by email for you to use the CD Burner that Macs provide. This will allow you to burn your DVD directly rather than clicking on Download, converting it into an MP4 or AVI file and then putting it on a disc afterward.
