How easy is it to get a hold of customer service at Kitco Metals?

Many calls, until a supervisor was anle to review Kitco's buying process. Online the purchase.90 and.40 silver. They are now returning all.40 silver. Bad process.

Very easy. The one time I called, their customer service phone number was answered quickly and the help provided was entirely satisfactory.
