Do not purchase from this company. Kitbag have taken my money, not sent me my purchase, and will not respond to my 4 x emails and FB messenger messages. I have not dealt with a worse company online. They simply do not care about the customer. Read the last reviews, they are all terrible and it is clear that the company does not prioritise customer issues.

Ordered an item Nov.28, Hasn't moved as of Dec. 7. Credit card was debited. Now they are entirely unresponsive to requests for information, phone and live chat are unavailable. The photo is a notification I got Nov. 30. It has not changed since, as of Dec. 7. We need a "zero" or minus rating for what appears to be a dirtbag outfit. If this concern is, indeed affiliated with USA based Fanatics, you can rest assured that they will be told of my experience as well. Update: I just fired off an eMail to their "Customer Service"... not surprisingly it was undeliverable due to a full inbox. Hell of a way to run a business. To say Kitbag are not a scam is like saying Trump it still President.
