I am pleased with my Kath Spade purse and wallet, but am disappointed with my I pad cover.
I'm 81 years old and my purchases are not abused.
The covered has been fraying along the sides for at least six months and the corner plastic that holds the IPad as broken off and does not hold the I pad secure anymore.
I am confident that you can rectify my problem and stand behind your product.
