Why is it airlines dont recognize confirmation number givin by just fly

Answer:

Westjet clearly stated that the adversory was posted on westjet website. Justfly has to cancel my booking without a fee per westjet. However, justfly is not doing that. Justfly customer reps and supervisor saw the westjet website notice, but still not doing that. May not answer your question, but post it.

I have been truing for 8 weeks to get a refund on a reservation that the return trip was detained. i have called and been put on hold for over 2 hr, told a supervisor would call me back in an hour and all to no results. is this a scam company, i have never been treated so poorly. what are my options.

Answer:

I have had the same issue. Still haven't gotten a refund. Long waits on the phone. It's a scam company.

They will make your reservation, they will not however honor a refund or cancellation even though you pay over $500 for it.
