I have been dealing with the same thing! They stranded us in another province by canceling our flights with no notice. They keep screwing us around with our refund! We had to buy 3 new tickets to come home through an airline directly! These people are unreal!
I purchased flight tickets with Justfly with insurance. The flight was cancelled due to COVID restrictions prior to departure. The booking was last October 2021 and they've promised they have processed my refund request and to be patient and wait. I have called many times waiting for over an hour only to give up after waiting. Finally someone answered the phone and they said I did not show up for the flight and they could not refund me since the ticket now has zero value. They suggested for me to call the insurance company that sold the policy at their site. If it's not too late, don't book anything through JUSTFLY. They are counting on the high percentage of their bookings to go well without a problem but when you have an issue or a claim like I did, they do not have the capacity nor the ability to resolve or help you especially with refunds despite of purchasing the cancellation insurance.
Hello, JustFly charged me a similar fee. It's ridiculous, apparently it is a processing charge for forwarding a seat request to the airline. JustFly is not doing any work to complete the seat request, this really is a garbage fee invented by JustFly --similar to what the airlines have been doing for some time, inventing new was to sock it to the customer. What we can all do going forward is... don't by through JustFly ever again. Alex R.
