I am reading a lot of negative reviews. i am nervous to book 5 tickets

Answer:

I really don't understand all these negative reviews, I had a wonderful experience with JustFly. Cheap ticket, lots of flights departure time options, no problem at the airport, flight was smooth... actually nothing to worry about.

Do you have any extra charges on top of what i see on the site

Answer:

I ended up needing to buy an entirely new return ticket because after 3 days and 6+hours on the phone (mostly on hold) of communicating with company no one would call back to change flight even though I was eligible for the change. Changes and adjustments MUST be made by JustFly so unlike dealing direct with airlines you HAVE to go through their absolutely awful customer service.

A mi me cobraron 200 dolares más porque según ellos la página no estaba actualizada.y el dinero no lo devolvían. (Quedaba en credito) o me cobraban una parte por cancelar.al final pague los 200 y me dijeron que tenia que esperar 1 hora la confirmacion de los boletos, y todavía una hora desp no tengo confirmacion.muy mala experiencia.más nunca compro con ellos y no se los recomiendo a nadie.no tienen profesionalidad en nada.la llamada me la cortaron ellos mismos 3 veces.diciendo que había mala coneccion.para mi (la estafa perfecta)...
