Hit or miss. Mostly just tell you to search thousands of pages of forums and try the things that other people have tried to make the program work (Sorry, not what I paid my money for).

In most cases other than holidays you could receive a response immediately, but usually within a 24 hour period.In most cases there could be time zone differences which can be the reason.
