WHY DO YOU TELL YOUR CUSTOMERS THAT THEY WILL BE RECEIVING THERE ORDER IN 2 WEEKS AND ITS BEEN OVER 3 MONTHS?

We receive a high number of e-mails and requests during the peak season and therefore the response time is delayed.
For order status inquery, please do submit such an exact message as "Where is my order?" for faster response.
