Singapore apparently. We are waiting on my daughters dress which will be received after her prom and they will refund the rush shipping charge

why cant I get a phone number to talk to someone. Why did you take my money and no dress no refund
I want to return my dress for a full refund! The top looks nothing like the model on your website. Order # Z59170326022353949. I do NOT like the way my emailed requests are being answered. No one on your staff is addressing my concern!
In your return agreement you clearly state the dress can be returned if there is something wrong. We've sent you a picture of how ridiculously long the dress is- almost a foot too long. She is a normal height of 5'4". She would have to be 6'3" for this dress to fit. It will be expensive to alter. Give us the address to ship it back and give us a refund as your policy requires. We will insure the package and give you a tracking number. I'm about ready to post this all over the internet for all your customers to see. Honor your agreement. Be honest people.
