Why is it taking so long to receive my order? And why is it they we can not contact/speak to an actual person? The phone number is no longer works.

Three weeks to receive my order. Item not as described. No phone number and no address. Someone named Ivy finally answered my email and gave me run around about return. Said I could get a 30% coupon and may refund me once they get merchandise. BUT, I CAN'T BECAUSE THEY WONT GIVE ME ADDRESS!
