I can only say the jacket I bought is nicely finished off. Obviously it's not real satin but I have seen jackets no better than this one at 3 times the price. My delivery charge was reasonable. I can't speak for any other items.

Like I said Previously don't take a chance with a manufacturer in China and especially a wedding dress which is your dream wedding correct? Please read my entire review about my nightmare with my formal dress and not worth the hassle and expensive shipping cost and many trips to the post office. There are numerous local bridal boutiques and better than David's bridal or any other chain. Buy it made in the US.

I actually tried on dresses at David's Bridal while I waited for my wedding dress to arrive from jjs house. Btw, David's bridal dresses are also made in China and all you are doing here is cutting out the high US costs. I love my dress from Jjs house even more than the one I was considering for back up in case all of the bad reviews were true. I'm pleased with jjs house and the quality. Months ago I tried on a similar dress at a high end bridal shop close by and the dress was $2,300. I got a very similar dress from Jjs that included tax and shipping for $211 total. Good luck! If you have the time, take the chance :)

Michelle, I personal think the shipping is expensive to return anything to China. And JJ'S House will not pay for the return. One may pay $22.00 or more to have the product ship to you, but you pay for returning the item which will cost a lot depending on the weight: and that's if they except your return. I would try to avoid dealing with this company. I particularly wasn't impress with what I purchased. And the size was not close to my size 12. The dress was cut for a size 7 or 8. It's just not worth dealing with this company and its not personal. If they don't honor a return policy, that they pay for, then avoid them.

Yeah I agree the Quality is really good, and it is made in China so that would be why it is so cheap. Products in the US have a huge upscale for pricing so companies can make money.

No the quality is amazing, im not sure on the shipping cost but it was packed in a bag and then boxed well, maybe its for insurance etc
