Ive ordered gold shoes for my wedding as anyone else ordered shoes from here thanks karen

I also ordered shoes on 13/2 for a wedding on 14/5/22 and I still haven't received the shoes today 29/5/22 or refund. I had to go out and buy another pair of shoes. I bough From Jjs and very disappointed as each time I submit a new ticket of complaint to their customer service team, they fob my off by promising to resend them. They offered me 40 percent refund which I declined - what rip off. No shoes and no refund? If they refund they should give 100 percent back. Scammers
