Hi Melanie,
I just recently ordered a dress from JJ's House, unfortunately it was too small, i emailed to ask for an exchange, they refused. Then I asked for a refund they again refused. I agree the T& C does not say anything about all sales are final. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
