My experience is that they offer several choices for retuning. All of which have you losing the shipping you initially paid for and then to pay again to send it back. I agreed to a percentage of what I paid for the product without spending more money to ship it back but it winds up an expensive gamble buying from them, one I would never do again. My "custom" order did not fit properly. It was awful.
