No they don't fully. My dress was to be Ivory with green embroidery and my wedding dress came in clover green with dark green embroidery and SEQUINS added all over for good measure I guess!

It does looks 60%-70% of the picture. But perhaps due to custom size, the cutting is different from what I expected. I would go for their off-shelf sizes if I were to buy again. Giving custom sizes seems to make the dresses messed up... The material is good, but would need a inner lining for my dress. The inner lining that comes with the dress is too thin.

Yes they do and I am an extremely picky shopper my wedding dress is amazing and it looks like I spent at least a grand!
