In September, I requested approval to return 3 items worth about $200. I got the approval and returned the merchandise. According to FEDEX, they received the merchandise 2 days after I sent it. Did not get an email from them acknowledging the return. Every few days, I called and leave messages and got no response. I've sent emails and nothing. They have my money and now the merchandise. I'm asking that they at the very least return the merchandise, because at this point I'm out everything. I am at a loss as to what to do about this situation, as this has never happened to me before. Do I give up or keep trying to contact them?
