The majority of the reviews are single reviews - which concerns me. I never signed up for these emails and would like to know how they got my email.

A lot of our customer organically come to sitejabber to leave a review, however, most reviews and feebdack is left via google: https://www.google.com/shopping/ratings/account/metrics?q=jclub.com&c=GLOBAL&v=1&hl=en_US
