Am I able to return items marked "Final Sale"? My son ordered some clothes and shoes and alot of them don't fit.  He thought "Final Sale" was actually the name of the sale.  How do I return some of the clothes and both pair of shoes?

Any items marked "Final Sale" are offered to our customers at deep discounts, and therefore aren't able to be returned. This is pretty standard practice among all retailers anytime products are being offered at very deep discounts.
