Price just jumped $4.00 for a monthly subscription- Why

1) is IWIn Games safe or does it contain a virus? 2) All of a sudden, I cannot download any games. Is there a Customer Support phone number?

Answer:
There is no customer support number. You just submit a request and they contact you by email, usually not fixing the problem.

Question:

Jewel Quest Solitaire 2 is fabulous and I have players through all levels. However versions 1 & 3 are dreadful. Is version 4 coming out similar to 2?

Have purchased several games from i-win under the banner 'play them for life' and now just 2 years later I am told that either they are lost or the games writers have updated them and I cant have them. My email address has not changed and I would question the legality that I can no longer redeem them.

Question:

Why does the clock continue to run when in a times section of a game when the ad starts but the timer does not pause to me this constitutes interference with the game?
