Hi, I ordered three items since the 29th of January and it's already the 30th of March. I still have no received the item.

Ivrose agreed to gave me a refund however, changed their mind and ask me to wait a little longer.

But it has been too long and I just want my money back.

Can i push ivrose to refund me? If so how? Please help me

Please stop falling for these scammers. They steal a designer dress image from a legitimate website, then attempt (and fail) to copy it in cheap shoddy materials. They will change their name when things get too hot. Liligal, Rosegal, Chic me, Rotita. As a general rule of thumb, if they are advertising on Google or Facebook they are a con.

PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM IVRose.com!!! It's the worst I've ever seen when it comes to production of clothing!! To start they took over 1 month to send the items I purchased! When I tried to contact them they NEVER responded until I threatened to CANCEL my order with my Credit Card company. Then someone with broken English asked what was wrong can't I wait a few more days! The worse was when the items arrived! I thought it was a SICK joke!! The clothes looked like a child who had NO sewing experience made it! It look NOTHING like the beautiful dresses in their Website! I wish I had read the reviews before I purchased! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! The reviewers who are saying they had no problems are LYING!! I am better off going to H&M or Macy's and getting quality for the prices they are charging! If you used a credit card cancel immediately!!
