I’ve been trading with them for a while and I can reassure you that everything is fine here. They provide multiple options for withdrawals, for instance, I’m withdrawing all profits through crypto USDT and it’s really convenient to transfer money like this to my crypto wallet. And of course, they do answer tickets, I reached out to them at least more than 20 times during all that time since I joined here and they were quite useful and prompt in assisting me.

Hey! Yep, I started trading with them a couple of months ago and everything seems to be working. Like, I don't really know if there's anything especially noteworthy about the withdrawal process... they have the same quirky algorithm as most regulated broker do. By that I mean that I have to use bank wire for anything exceeding my deposit. Haven't gotten that far yet to be frank.
Support is just support, they usually take about 5 minutes or so to answer but at least it's not AI, if you know what I'm getting at
