Hello Daniel. There is not a service that can remove your Three Hutch Sweden iPhone from the blacklist, only the original owner can do that. If your iPhone is unlocked, you will be only able to use it OUTSIDE from Sweden. You will have to find the original owner of that iPhone and ask him to make a request to Three Sweden network to remove it from the blacklist.
