Hello Lanfia. First we need to check in which network it is locked to (Since the SIM Not Supported message, means that it is SIM-Locked), then we also need to find if it is Blacklisted, its Financial and Contract Status and its IMEI/Serial replacement status (If they have been replaced).
Once we know all the above, we will be able to locate an available unlocking service. You can get all the above information (If you do not know them) with our iPhone IMEI Unlock Check service (From our Home Page)..
