I brought an iPhone 6 off of a good friend of mine. When I turned the phone on and went to set it up it was locked to her Apple ID. Unfortunately she cannot remember the Apple ID or password she used (she's forever changing it as she forgets). It's completely clean, it's not stolen, it's not blacklisted etc. it's just simply locked to her Apple ID which she cannot remember. Can you wipe her Apple ID so I can start using the phone?

Hey Shannon. We cannot wipe her Apple ID, but we can find the Apple ID (Which will be her e-mail), so she can use the "FORGOT MY PASSWORD" feature. That will wipe her password and ask her to create a new one. This means that she should remember the password of her e-mail though, which I hope she does remember it :D Send us an e-mail through our Contact Us form, and an agent will assist you!
