How easy is it to get a hold of customer service at Institutionwine.com?

I initially received a reply after three months of placing my order, promising that the order will be shipping soon. However, upon further inquiries, six months and nine months after placing the order, there was no reply.

It is impossible to get anything other than a recording from customer service and the sales line appears to be disconnected. DO NOT GET SCAMMED - DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!
