I ordered 4/11/2016 100157917 orange hand woven tussar silk dupatta 1,011, i also apply gift voucher on this product after 70 days they said that payment has not recieved but payment debit in indiaroots account and after some days ago payment come y account and product not delieverd

I placed an order on 2nov and i have still no updates about the same. i would like to have my order cancelled due to this delay as it has literally served no purpose. and there is no communication with the customer care to even have the query addresses. my order no is100136063. please respond.
