my friend is so pissed off why his account is disabled though he paid for it.any idea how to resolve the problem? thank you

Hi Carl, thank you for reaching out. It is normal that all accounts will be reviewed, we must verify the connection between the account creator and the company they are hiring for. If enough information is not provided when the account is being created, then it will go into the appeal status that your friend's account is likely experiencing.
