What's your customer's exit strategy? Is there a way to transfer all the family videos and pictures to a hard drive to take to a different service?

How will I know what year the film is drom? Ex. Thanksgiving 1969 VS Thanksgiving 1973? The reels are labeled, will imemories label it on thecloud?
Will the digitized versions of my tapes be arranged in chronological order (I have written date ranges on the tape covers).

I already sent some VCR tapes to convert, a few have mold.will iMemories send me back those tapes that won't work or have mold?
