Dear Tim, When shipping to Canada iHerb offers different shipping methods. The one you chose uses the Postal Service for customs clearance and delivery. Because of that reason you are less likely to get assessed customs fees and since your order was not assessed customs fees you also did not have to pay broker fees as well.

Each country has different requirements for products to be imported. Same here, i have mailed them, called my bank, waiting for their response! Even debit card dint work. But i m reading reviews of huge custom fees so I m double minded

I need to get a refund on my order, which i placed on 7/2/2016. the order took over a week to arrive and when i got it, it must have been a bad batch. i have had a headache every day now since i have received this order. please let me know what to do to receive a refund on this product.

Hey i'm from india n i want to purchase aveeno products for my baby. so can tel me any extra charges after product delivery? and i want to know, in how many days d products ll b delivered?

Answer:

It can be complicated to get orders delivered in India. You need to have specific documents submitted to customs before they release the package to you. Also they do require you to pay customs fees and taxes which can be pretty high. Since laws change so quickly with customs, it would be a good idea to check with customs to see the latest requirements and fees. Most packages get delivered to India with in 5 to 7 business days.

Yes, we do ship to Ukraine on a regular basis. We have very good success in getting the products delivered to you without any issues with customs. We even recently added Boxberry shipping options for Ukraine.

I ordered cleaning supplies on may 28 2016 and it has never arrived. my name is robert hoelle. shipping address is 1326 beissinger rd. hamilton, ohio 45013. i have been informd by you that it would arrive within 3 days. i later message you and you said i would receive the cleaning supplies by jun 11 2016, and again on jun13 2016 by the end of the day. when that didn't happen, you informed me to contact ups, which i don't find to be my responsibility. it is now jun 21, and i either would like my order asap or the $30.94 credited to my card. thank you
