How can i cancel my order and get money back

Answer:

Don't you will never get your money back. Just keep what you get. I have been waiting since July 5/19 for a refund on an item i returned and they just keep saying they don't have it in their warehouse.

Answer:

You are welcome to return any product within 60 days of being purchased and you will receive a full refund of the price you paid for the product.

I was about to order products from iherb but read this thread telling dhl adds huge amount around 60% customs on delivery .is it true?

Answer:

Thank you for your inquiry. DHL does not add customs charges to any package. It is actually the country's customs department that charges these extra fees. Each country has different rules and regulations in regards to their additional fees. If you let me know what country you would be having your package delivered to I can give you a better idea of what to expect.

Unfortunately, yes. There is a possibility that you may have to pay additional duties and taxes when you import your product into Mexico.
