Why does HYCM offer three types of spreads at once? Is that really necessary?

I believe here everything depends on the type of account which you have chosen. All of them have different conditions towards spreads and actually not only spreads, also they have different amount of minimum depo and some of them might have commissions.
Why do ones need it? Certainly for different trading approaches.
